Our little smiling queen is home!

Sadie got adopted !
A very nice family came to meet her and fell in love with her right away!
I know she is spoiled and loved in her new home!
Sadie is doing great and adjusting well and her new parents just adore her!
We wish you a long and happy life with your new family!
You can come and visit your friends at your foster home anytime!

Smiling Sadie!

This little girl is so much fun! We had never had a dog that smiled so much until we fostered Sadie the smiling queen!

Well, we have Sadie since Saturday afternoon and we have a lot positive things to say about her.
She is very friendly and will smile at you every time you come in the house and a few times on command!
She listen pretty well too, has good table manners , a simple "no Sadie" let her know to leave you while you snack or eat your dinner.
She gets along well with the residents hounds and they like her goofy attitude!
She went for a walk and did great, she saw some bunnies and birds, was very interested in them but a simple "let's go Sadie" and she continued her walk .
She is still learning to do steps but got the going down part.

One negative is that she is a little baby and whines easily but I think she will do less of that as she gets use to her new life as a family member. She does well in her crate when we leave the house for a few hours ( she probably whines for a little while) but when we come back she is resting nicely on her bed in the crate and that is the only time she is crated.

She is so loving ,fun and so friendly! Here are some pictures we took of her and Tasha our Borzoi girl. Enjoy!

Sadie has arrived today!

Our new little foster girl has arrived today and did great in the car on the ride to her foster home.

She is a little black tuxedo girl with white little paws. She looks like she is wearing socks! So so cute and adorable!

I already got a kiss and she hasn't stop wagging her tail at everyone she meets and that is people and hounds. Sadie is a very affectionate little girl! I think she already smiled at me !
She sat a few times already and would probably learn to do it on command for a treat.
Sadie inspected the yard and did her business then met the residents hounds and she seems to like them too. So far we like her very sweet disposition!

Ps. Sadie had a good night sleep last night and with some help went up the stairs to our bedroom to sleep on her dog bed. This morning, we discovered she smiles on command! OMG! Too funny! I asked her to smile for me and came to me and smiled each time!
Well, Sadie isn't perfect! She is whiney at times and needs a patient family . A family where someone's home a lot or work part-time is best for Sadie. We went out for dinner and Sadie did great in her crate for a couple of hours! When we let her out as soon as we got back she couldn't stop smiling at us as she was so happy to see us. What a funny girl!

Lady got adopted!

We are very happy for our little Lady! She has a forever home and her new parent fell in love with her right away, actually before he met her!
I know Lady is going to get lots of attention, toys,walks and lots of love. Just what we wanted for her.
We really miss this fun and happy girl as she was tons of fun to have around.

We wish Lady and her new parent many many years of happiness together!
She is of course welcome anytime to come and visit her friends here at her foster home!

Now that Lady has a good home, we are ready for our next foster who should arrive next week-end! So check our blog regularly :-)
